Advocacy and Policy Division
The Advocacy and Policy Division (APD) is the lead in the information and advocacy campaign of the National Organic Agriculture Program (NOAP). Likewise, it also serves as the technical and administrative secretariat of the National Organic Agriculture Board (NOAB).
