Establishment of Seed Centers
The amended Organic Agriculture Act ensures that organic seeds are made accessible and available to organic practitioners.
The LGUs are encouraged, with the assistance of the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), to establish and/or strengthen their local organic seed centers and/or seed banks to have ready seeds and planting materials for all OA producers.
